Your most personal data deserves the strongest protection. IM Tracker is built from the ground up so your data never leaves your device. No servers. No accounts. No exceptions.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy
IM Tracker tracks intimate wellness data. We understand this is deeply personal, and we designed every aspect of the app with that in mind.
The Short Version
IM Tracker does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your data with anyone - including us. We have no servers, no analytics, no telemetry, and no way to access your information. Everything lives on your device and nowhere else.
No Accounts Required
No sign-up, no email, no login. You download the app and start using it immediately. We never know who you are.
No Network Requests
The app never connects to external servers. There are no APIs, no cloud syncing, and no remote endpoints. Your data stays on your device.
No Analytics or Tracking
Zero analytics SDKs, zero telemetry, zero crash reporting services. We do not track how you use the app or what you do in it.
No Ads, Ever
IM Tracker is a paid app with no advertising of any kind. Your data is never monetized, profiled, or shared with advertisers.
Data Storage & Security
All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework, protected by multiple layers of security.
🗄️ Local Storage
All wellness data - activities, partners, preferences, health correlations, AI conversations, and personal goals - is stored exclusively in a local SwiftData database on your device. This data is protected by iOS's built-in data protection, which encrypts your files at rest using your device passcode.

💾 Encrypted Backups
The backup and restore feature uses AES-256 encryption with a 6-digit PIN you choose. Backup files are created locally on your device and can only be decrypted with the correct PIN. We never have access to your backup PIN or its contents.

Apple HealthKit Integration
IM Tracker integrates with Apple Health to correlate your wellness data. This integration follows Apple's strict HealthKit guidelines.
What We Read
With your explicit permission: heart rate, sleep analysis, menstrual cycle data, and active energy burned. You control exactly which categories to share.
What We Write
With your permission, calorie estimates from logged activities are written back to Apple Health as active energy contributions.
Your Control
All HealthKit access requires explicit opt-in via the iOS Health permissions dialog. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access.
Never Shared
Per Apple's HealthKit policy, health data is never transferred off your device, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
HealthKit Compliance
IM Tracker fully complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely to display correlations and insights within the app. It is never stored outside the HealthKit data store, never transmitted to external services, and never used for any purpose other than providing you with personal wellness insights.
On-Device AI Processing
On iOS 26 and iPadOS 26+, IM Tracker uses Apple's Foundation Models framework to provide personalized AI wellness insights.
All AI processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. This means:
- No cloud AI services - Your prompts, conversations, and wellness data are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any other cloud AI provider
- No server round-trips - AI inference runs directly on your iPhone's Neural Engine
- No training on your data - Your data is never used to train or improve any AI model
- Conversations stay local - AI chat history is stored in your local SwiftData database and never leaves your device
On iOS 18 (where Foundation Models are not available), the app provides smart template-based insights without any AI processing.
Photos & Location
IM Tracker offers optional photo linking and location features, both designed with privacy at their core.
📸 Memorial Photos
You can link up to 6 photos from your Photos library to an activity. IM Tracker does not copy or store your photos. The app only stores a reference identifier to the photo in your Photos library. Your images remain in Apple Photos where they belong - the app simply remembers which ones you chose.
- Photo data is never duplicated or cached by the app
- If you delete a photo from your Photos library, the reference is automatically invalidated
- Photo access requires your explicit permission via the iOS photo picker
📍 Location Tracking
Location tagging is entirely optional and requires explicit permission. When enabled:
- Location data is stored locally on your device as part of the activity record
- Location data is never transmitted to any server or third party
- You can disable location tracking at any time in the app settings or iOS Settings > Privacy > Location Services
- You can delete location data from individual activities
Data Portability & Deletion
You have complete control over your data at all times.
Export Your Data
Export all your data as an encrypted backup file at any time. The backup is protected with AES-256 encryption and a PIN you choose.
Import & Restore
Restore your data from an encrypted backup on a new device. You can also import data from compatible third-party apps.
Delete Everything
Use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings to permanently erase all app data from your device. This action is irreversible.
No Residual Data
Because we have no servers, deleting the app removes all data. Uninstalling IM Tracker erases everything - there is nothing left behind.

IM Tracker uses no third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data.

The only system-level integrations are Apple HealthKit (opt-in health data correlation), Apple Photos (opt-in photo references), Apple Foundation Models (on-device AI, iOS 26+), and Core Location (opt-in location tagging). All are governed by Apple's privacy frameworks and require your explicit permission.
Children's Privacy
IM Tracker is rated 18+ on the App Store and is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since the app collects no data from any user, this applies universally. The app's content and purpose are designed exclusively for adults.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Because IM Tracker has no accounts or contact information, we encourage you to review this page periodically. Significant changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
Our core commitment will never change: your data stays on your device, and we will never collect it.
